Light Sorc

What's going on team? The next character (#14) that I'm going to rush and build is a pure lightning sorc. I want it to do a lot of damage and I don't really think I'm gonna go MF with this hoe. Something similar to my fire sorc. I could use some tips on the builds, such as base stats and which skills to focus on. As well as finding a couple specific items. So, if anyone can help me out, you know I'll do the same for you. These are some of the things I can think of needing off the top of my head...

Light Ormus (w/ Light Facet)
Light Eschutchas (w/ Light Facet)
Lightning Facets
Spirit?
Lightning Skill Grand Charms
Ill-Nasty Sorceress Amulet (Skills, FCR, Mana Stats, Life, etc..)
